Transferring Payments between Clients and Incidents:
You can now Transfer unapplied payments between Clients and Incidents! To transfer an unapplied payment from one Client or Incident to another, flag the over-payment from any of the financial Activity screens, click on Actions followed by Trasnfer Unapplied Payment(s).
You will be asked to select the Client, Incident and Amount of the transfer.
That payment will then show as an Unapplied Payment on the receiving Client/Incident and will need to be applied, accordingly.

Provider legacy information:
Until now, reprinting any old invoices would always contain the most recent information for a Provider. If a Provider had changed their Name, License/NPI # or Signature sometime since an invoice was issued, reproducing the invoice would always show the Provider’s current information – not the original info - which is technically incorrect. From the moment of installation of this update forward, all changes to Provider information is historically retained meaning that if old invoices, of any style, are reproduced, they will reflect the Provider information as of the time of invoicing.
This also applies to the reprinting of old Daily Notes and Documents.
Enhanced Financial Activity Screens:
At long last, additional columns have been added, as an option, to the Activities by Service screen.
Columns containing Units, Duration, Visits and Adjustment $ may be now be enabled by clicking on Settings, Customize Accounting and ticking the new Enhanced Activity by Service Listing option.
Please note: This will only be displayed properly on monitors where the resolution is high enough to accommodate these extra fields.

A bug introduced in R637, in which if NO services were selected for invoicing, none were invoiced (when, in fact, all unbilled services should have been invoiced), has been corrected.
Waiting Listing management:
When the notice appears that client(s) on the Waiting List can now be accommodated for an appointment, the option to both Email and Text the clients with details about the available appointment time is now available.
Use the Email icon or the Text icon accordingly, on the notice panel, to send the potential appointment information to the client.
The verbiage for these emails and texts can be setup under Settings, Customize Email/Appointment/Invoice... in the Waiting List Email settings tab.
Note: Texting is only available if the clinic subscribes to Wired Client.

This means that if your schedule, vertically, is shorter than the size of your viewing area, it will be stretched automatically to appear larger.
