About This Release

We are pleased to announce the official release of Practice Perfect EMR + Management Software Version 2.0.0.540. Please review the attached list of new features & benefits carefully.

Checking Duplicates:

The check to see if a client has been duplicated is now based purely on Last Name and the full Birthdate.

Scheduler

Waiting List:

The Waiting List will now include Discharged clients, shown with a strikethrough, if the option to Include Discharged clients in drop-down list is selected under Settings, Customize Scheduler, Appointment Entry.

Scheduled Providers:

It is no longer possible to set a Providers End Time to be earlier than their Start Time.

Reporting

Revenue Report:

The exported version of this report will now include each client's County and up to 4 Modifiers (American only) on each service line.

Reporting

Client Listing:

  • The exported version of this report will now include the Auto Call Phone # and Auto Call Text # for each client.
  • The exported version of this report will now also include the ID #, Group #, Policy # and Claim # for the first two Payors on the client's incident.

US Billing Specific

EDI837 Electronic Claims:

An issue introduced in release R539 prevented all of the Modifers from being submitted with claim. This has been corrected and is a crucial fix.

Canadian Billing Specific

Telus Submissions:

An error introduced in a recent release prevented the printing of the Telus authorization reports. This has been corrected.

Incident Treatment Plan tab:

An error that would sometime occur when editing lines on the Treatment Plan tab has been corrected.
