Client Listing:
The Search bars on the Client Listing screen and the Active/Discharge/All dropdown in the blue header section have now been disabled while the list is loading - their use during loading was causing errors. This will only be evident in cases where very large client listings exist.
Incident Treatment Plan tab:
The Treatment Plan listing can now be sorted by Payor, Expiry Date and Date columns by clicking on the column headings which will cause the up and down sort indicators to appear. The sort can be either ascending or decending.
Scheduler issues:
Several scheduler bugs introduce in Versions R526+ have been corrected, as follows:
Invoicing:
Billing Sheet:
A bug that prevented date-based Billing Rules from being reported properly has been corrected.
Resouce Day-at-Glance report:
A bug that prevented date-based Billing Rules from being reported properly has been corrected.
Revenue Report export:
A new column has been added to the Revenue Report export entitled "Deleted". Any items appearing in this export with an "X" in this new column indicates that these charges were added and then subsequently deleted.
Treatment Statistics report:
This report has always indicated the number of unique incidents and not unique patients in most summary sections - the titles and column headings in these sections have been renamed accordingly.
Unpaid Services report:
A new option entitled Include zero dollar charges has been added to this report. If selected, $0.00 charges that have not had a $0.00 payment applied against them will be included on the report.
Quick Service entry:
A bug introduced in releases post R525 caused a slow down in processing of charges entered during from Daily Notes and Documents - this has been corrected.
Canned Lumbar Evaluation:
A bug introduced in versions post R525 prevented several fields to not be stored on this document - this has been corrected.
EDI837 Claim submission:
Corrected a bug that cuased a 'string truncation error' when the invoice being submitted include a claim adjustment.
Telus Health Billing:
Security:
A loophole in which password length and content restrictions were ignored by dropping-down to a different User in the blue header section has been closed.
Custom Documents:
A bug introduced in a recent build in which Custom Documents were not available when adding new documents if no Integrated Words document exist has been corrected.
Find Appointments:
A bug introduced in a recent release resulted in an error occuring when clicking on an appointment displayed in the Find Appointment results listng - this has been corrected.
Quick Service Entry:
The entry of charges from the Quick Entry on the web version now allows for the entry of both the Billing Provider and Treating Provider.
