Updates from R526-R533 had disabled the scheudler auto-refresh, meaning if recurring appointments were booked or other tasks, other than single appointment booking, were performed that the scheduler might not have displayed these changes until refreshed, even though they were recorded. This has been corrected.
Schedule Default View:
It had been reported that sometimes the Scheduler was defaulting to the <All locations> view incorrectly - this has been fixed.
Comments on No Shows:
A new option exists to force users to enter comments for No Show appointments similar to Cancellations and Rebooks. To enable this feature, select Settings, Customize Scheduler, Appointment Cell and then click the Prompt for comment when appointment is a no show option.
Cancel/Rebook/No Show Contact Log:
The saving of a cancel, rebook or no show comment into the Contact Log can be now be set by default. To enable automatic saving of these notes, click on Settings, Customize Scheduler, Appointment Entry and then select Force Contact Log when appointments are cancelled, rebooked or no show.
Cancel/Rebook/No Show Contact Log Category:
When saving cancel, rebook or no show comments into the Contact Log, you can now specify a default Contact Log Category to be stored with your entry. To set the category, click on Settings, Customize Scheduler, Appointment Entry and then drop-down to your preferred Default Contact Log Category.
Client Listing Refresh:
When clicking on Clients from the blue side-bar, the cursor will once-again focus on the client search bar instead of the last-selected client. This is correcting a bug introduced in a post-R526 release.
Client Incident Billing Rules:
The Payor Fax # was no longer being displayed - this has been corrected.
Payment Application Report:
Client Profile Report:
All 'Employer' labels now show 'Employer/School' instead.
Find Appointment export:
The Find Appointment report exported version now also contains the Client File #'s.
The ability to show a preview of a Paragraph/Phrase was added in a recent update. While some enjoy this feature, some do not, and it can now be turned off or on by going into Settings, Customize Progress Notes/Documentation and unticking the Show paragraph previews option.
Activities by Document Providers:
A loophole existed in which a document (canned or custom) could be created for a client without specifying a Provider (if the client did not have a Managing Provider). This loophole has now been closed, all documents must now have a provider.
Daily Note locking:
Practice Perfect locks daily notes when one user already a note open and another tries to make alerations to the same, exact note. The way this locking works has been revamped to be more effective and accurate.
A bug introduced in a previous release in which the WSIB Invocie Submission Report would not print has been corrected.
