An error in release R503 prevented the addition of new Fee Codes into the application, this has been corrected.
An error introduced in an earlier release in which Grouped scheduled providers could not be displayed on the scheduler has been corrected.
When mutliple appointments were deemed as booked from the Web Appointment Listing screen, the emails sent to patients confirming these appointments contained additional irrelevant information. This has been corrected.
When producing this report using the Group Clients Together option, an error may have occured - this has been corrected.
A new filter has been added to this report entitled Network forcing only charges related to payors belonging to the specific network to be reported.
Three more security permissions have been added, under the Security Functions tab, as follows:
These are intended to tighten up who can create and modify daily notes, documents and enter services under another provider's name.
EDI835 Adjustment Processing:
A new Payor Preference has been added under the Payors EDI Preferences tab entitled Never adjust to less than $0.00. If selected, if an adjustment from an EDI835 causes a specific service's balance to be less than $0.00, the adjustment will be modified to make that charge equal $0.00 and resulting in a negative balance.
New clients may now be added to the Physiotec database via the web version of Practice Perfect.
