Reminders:

CPU Spiking:
There was an overuse of computer resources that would have resulted in slower performance introduced in a recent update that only occured on the scheduling panel when statements were disabled (through security). This has been corrected.
Multiple Payment Entry:
The number of invoices that may be paid at once time has been dramatically increased in multiple payment entry.
Accounts Receivable Report:
A random "Dataset not Open" error has been corrected.
Funding Report:
The Total Funding remaining criteria can now be entered as a range instead of just a minimum amount.
Payment Application Report:
Provider Type has been added as a new filter to this report.
Payment Journal and General Ledger Summary reports:
Payments that were not attached to a specific location are now being assigned to the location specified at login. This wll alleviate having to print these reports for ALL locations in order to capture those payments that were not originally attached to a specific location.
Referral Trend Report:
Deleted incidents will no longer be included on this report.
Revenue Report:
Entry Date has been added to the exported version of this report.
Revenue Report:
A new option exists to only include services entered during a date range that took place during a previous period. For example, show all services entered in March for Services that occurred between February 1st and February 28th.
Payment Journal Report:
A new option exists to only include payments entered during a date range that were deposited during a previous period. For example, show all payments entered in March for Payments that occurred between February 1st and February 28th.
Find Appointments:
A new raw data Export function has been added to this report. Note that this only works appointments reported using the Search function and not History, Pending or Today.
Importing Documents:
A new shortcut icon has been added in the Activities by Document Listing to allow for the importing of electronic documents instead of having to go through the Add New Document function.
Word Integration:
The Age field was being reported incorrectly if the patient's age was less than 1 year old. This has been corrrected.
Built-in Clinical Documents:
Some isses with additional spaces being added to the end of fields has been corrected.
Customized Documents:
Customized Document footers will now behave in a consistent manner along with Daily Notes and Built-in Docments, their appearances will all now be identical. There was also a bug in which actual provider signatures were not being shown on Custom Documents, this has been corrected.
Customized Documents:
Goal tables that were set to 'not show previously met goals' had information in the table appearing in the wrong columns, this has been corrected.
Integrated Outbound Faxing:
EDI835 Processing:
A new option to process Non Payment Types has been added to the EDI835 processing settings. In this new option, you can select a payment method to be used for 'Non' Payments or to Do not process altogether.

OHIP Remittance Processing:

OHIP Billing:
Units will now be respected when submitting charges to the Ontario Ministry of Health. Until now, the Unit value was always set to '1'.
Telus Health Submissions:
Rejections were occuring due to extra spaces being contained in the Incident Type code field - this has been corrected.
Great West Life claims can now be submitted up to 31 days post-treatment, increased from the previous 7 day limit.
The Telus integration has been updated to support release POP v5.5
Deleted Items:
The Deleted items function (found in the side-bar) has now been enabled on the web version and works in the same manner as the desktop version.
Activities by Service:
The Activities by Service screens for both Clients and Payors have now been enabled on the web version. These are view-only, at present, adding and editing of charges will be added in an upcoming release.
Canned and Custom Documents:
The Security for these two types of documents have been merged into one setting.
The options for printing these two types of documents have been merged into one setting.
Emailing Statements & Invoices:
Interim release R498 created an issue with emailing invoices and statements - this has been corrected.
Client Listing:
You can now double-click on a client from the Client Listing to open the detail screens for that client.
Appointment Status:
The security setting entitled Allow to change appointment status was not being respected if the user did not have the ability to edit appointments, this has been corrected.
Security:
Scheduler-based reports (such as Day Sheets, Day-at-a-Glance) were respecting the Scheduler/Self security setting and not the Report/Self security setting - this has been corrected.
Client Listing:
The Age filter on this report can now include 0 in the range. Until this update, 1 was the minimum at which the range could begin.
Revenue Report:
A bug was created in release R499 in which selecting the Show Injury-related info option caused this report to crash - this has been corrected.
Revenue, Operations Summary & Daily Reconciliation Report:
A new column has been added to each of these reports entitled # Used whichs shows how often each specific fee code was used during the reporting period.
Physiotec:
The ability to launch Physiotec has been added to the web version from many of the Activity and Listing screens using the Physiotec icon.
Scheduler:
Rooms and Equipment can now be managed using the scheduler on the web application as they are on the desktop application:
