New ZONE filter:
Locations can now be assigned to a Zone (Under Housekeeping, Contacts, Locations). The following reports can now be filtered by Zone: Unpaid Services Report, Unbilled Services Report, Payment Journal, Revenue Report, Referral/Association Report, Operations Summary, Daily Reconciliation Report and the General Ledger Summary.
All Reports:
Any drop-down fields without any contents will now be disabled automatically.
Patient Fall-Off Report:
The patient's Discharge Date, Birthdate and Division have now been added to the exported version of this report.
Funding Report:
The Funding Report can now be run for patient's attending between specified dates, for example all patients attending this coming week, using the new Appointments date from and to filter.
Physician & Evaluation Tracking Report:
This report was included deleted patients, this has been corrected.
Referral/Association Report:
The exported version of this report now includes the Incident Description, Physician Company and all up to four Diagnostic Codes, with descriptions.
Current time:
The current time will now be indicated by a red bar across the scheduler panel.
Payment Receipts:
A slowness in the options box appearing for this report has been corrected.
NEW Client Statements:
Modifications continue on the new Client Statements. A bug in which the Aging Summary would not appear when there was no Balance Forward has been corrected. A bug that prevented statement printing if over 46 payments were received in one day has been corrected. Additional modifications continue.
Daily Notes/Documents and Goals:
A new option entitled Today's goals must be entered with each Daily Note/Document has been added under Settings, Customize Progress Note/Documentation. If selected, the user will be prompted to indicate that at least one goal was worked on today before being able to Complete and Sign that Daily Note or Document.
Document & Progress Note Status Report:
A new option has been added to the Status filter on this report entitled 'Not Completed/Signed', meaning that every note/document not either completed or not signed will be reported.
OCF-18/OCF-23 bug:
A minor bug involving the selection of the correct location from which these documents are to appear to have been sent has been corrected.
